630-401 is a gold-plated single-point Kelvin probe set with a Trident connector on the instrument end. It fits every AMPTEC 630 / 640 / 641 Series unit and any tester with Trident terminals.
Overview
The probe set for terminals and pads you can reach directly: one gold-plated tip per lead, the simplest to handle. Leads are 48″ per lead (96″ total span); the set weighs 1 lb. Operating 0° to 50° C, storage -10° to 70° C. Other lengths and tip types are built to order.
