630-403 is a gold-plated Kelvin probe set with dual mini-probe tips and a Trident connector on the instrument end. It fits every AMPTEC 630 / 640 / 641 Series unit, the 620LK and 620UK-B bonding ohmmeters, and any tester with Trident terminals.
Overview
The set for small contacts: each mini probe carries current and sense on one tip, and it also fits the 620LK and 620UK-B. Leads are 48″ each (red and black); the set weighs 1 lb. Operating 0° to 50° C, storage -10° to 70° C. Other lengths and tip types are built to order.
